#1 signal that day

Prioritize work that teaches who the customer is over polish that doesn't

Where it lands

Use in weekly planning: before agent or feature tickets, tag tasks as 'customer learning' vs 'comfort refactor.' Running this daily shrinks backlog noise on inbox UX tweaks; you still approve which experiments touch real customers and what counts as validated learning.

@gabriel1

Argues better cheap

Lands before invoice for domain renewal or rebrand: run a short naming pass when launching a SKU or landing page, compare total cost of.ai vs.com, and keep the old domain only if analytics justify it. Owner approves spend and any customer-facing URL change.

@paulg

Long-form episode on AI-driven roll-ups and one-person holdco with agents

Strategy layer, not daily inbox unless you are buying or running multiple small firms. If you borrow folder and agent-file ideas, map them to client records and SOPs; human approves any automated outreach, billing, or legal commitments.

@gregisenberg

Warns tacit per-person AI setups do not scale across the org

Land in knowledge base: capture prompts, context packs, and handoffs for sales research and writing so tickets do not stall when one person is out. Owner approves what is shared, what stays restricted, and any customer-facing output.

@hnshah

Paid AI use is common but spend is concentrated among a small

Lands in packaging for your own AI features: price for heavy agent users (support leads, finance ops) vs light inbox assist. You approve per-seat vs usage meters and hard limits before auto-sending; product approves which workflows are paid-only to avoid surprise invoices.

@rohanpaul_ai

Curated list of early-career product manager openings with pay bands

Lands in hiring pipeline only if you are staffing product: shortlist roles, human still owns fit, comp negotiation, and whether you need PM vs engineer-led product. Not a daily automation topic.

@lennysan

Podcast-style piece on shipping production AI versus hype-driven ambition

Lands in product and ops policy: what agents may do without a human versus what stays approval-gated (refunds, contracts, outbound sales). Use it to rewrite your internal one-pager on agent boundaries before the next sprint plans another autonomous workflow. You still sign off on customer promises…

@typesafeai

Long visual guide on text classification

Lands in ticket routing and inbox triage design: pick a classifier stack, measure accuracy vs latency, and calibrate scores before auto-assigning follow-ups. Human approves production thresholds, error budgets on mis-routes, and periodic retrain triggers when categories drift.

Models@rasbt

Argues workflow abstractions are affordable on newer mid and top tiers

Land in agent design for ticket triage and follow-up drafts: pilot project-scoped workflows on a mid tier before blocking on token fear. Human sets monthly spend cap and quality bar before promoting a workflow to run every day.

Agents@trq212

Commentary ties a major agent breach to weak sandboxing and open sandbox

Lands before any agent gets repo or ticket-system write access: require OS-level sandbox, network egress allowlists, and secret isolation in the harness spec. Security lead approves blast radius; treat agent RCE like prod incident prep, not a later hardening task.
